Cons
These are some of the most calculative, petty and cheap bosses I have encountered. There is no empathy and they only want to squeeze every little bit out of you. Direction is lost. Management has no clue. Everyone is dying to leave. The bosses only think about how they can make more money and have never cared about the employees. They are calculative and they always expect something in return. They promote people randomly and always make extremely bad choices. Business is failing and the CEO nor the Management rarely has constructive advices or guidelines. There is an extreme toxic and blaming culture in the company. They are extremely cheap and always pretend to be nice. This company will not last.
