Pros
Very profitable business with some good products in niche market; Hardworking frontier workers trying to deliver number every month.
Cons
Very bad work life balance. No respect to frontier employees and senior employees. HR department fire people who served long with high salary with all creative ways stepping on the legal bottom line. Managers chase monthly budget with whatever practices to win new orders. Very poor morale and lack of ethics culture.
