Pros
Most of the employees arrive at 8/9 AM and go home at 4/5 PM. Reasonable holiday. Good corporate access and infrastructure.
Cons
Very low remuneration. Mediocre and stubborn leaders which never gets fired. Awful culture, your worth is next to nothing. Not a performance driven culture, sometimes wondering what people are doing at work. High performing individuals tends to move organisation and mediocre ones does not get fired. "Glass ceiling" for all non-Norwegians who wants to progress and no clear career path. Tendency for grads to leave organisation when finished grad scheme.
