I have loved my time at Norm so far - the people and culture are positive & refreshing which makes it a comfortable environment to work. Senior leadership are very present and always open to ideas. They genuinely encourage you to share your opinions. Great place to work if you're looking to progress your career within a smaller business. Opportunity to expand your knowledge as they provide guidance & support when needed. Flexible, hybrid working environment.

There can be some lack of communication reaching all levels of staff. Also we have seen a lot of internal changes within a short space of time (although all have been positive)
