Pros
There Is Plenty of work . Treat you good as long as you do not question them or tell the management anything.
Cons
Not enough equipment example : Hoses,fittings, cotterill pins , straps, gloves , forklifts . PAY is very very low . Expect you to do 2/3 things at a time very fast . They rush you to complete batches . And management needs to get their high ego down and be more understanding of employees and not say derogatory comments .
