Pros
- Hybrid work - Talented staff: people work very hard despite poor senior leadership - Reasonably nice office despite it mainly being a basement
Cons
Despite the lovely staff you work with, the company itself is horrible and let me tell you why: There is not much career development opportunity available, and there is little to 0 internal promotion happening (only senior leadership is getting promotions). For no apparent reason, they prefer to hire new people instead of promoting internal talents, which leads to - Constant staff turnaround - Since restructuring, the company has gone down the drain - Management likes hiring not-qualified people (family and friends) - Diversity initiatives are done to tick the box (no diversity detected in senior management) - No recognition if you go above and beyond. You are being treated as if it's how it should be - Leadership lacks a clear strategic plan to implement, reflected in reactive management decisions and constant layoffs - Unrealistic workloads, working beyond the scheduled 40 hours, and high-stress levels. - I think there are a lot of fake reviews on here - probably uploaded by HR as they are ashamed about how all of their staff are leaving due to being poorly treated
