Very unorganized in some ways. The communication within the department is not always the best. There are efforts to bridge this gap but there’s room for improvement.

You only get 2 paid breaks that are 20 minutes each, expectations are unreasonable because they expect you to work at the pace of a machine and they do NOT slow the line down for any reason, they have double standards depending on if they like you or not, hourly pay does NOT match expectations of physical labor
