      Tuition is paid in full as a teaching assistant. Salary isn't a lot but it is enough. Flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Can't really say that I have any cons. As a teaching assistant, much of your experience is going to be based on what class and professor you are assigned to.

      -State Job -Not too fast paced -When you're in its easier to move around

      Cons

      -Pay is always too low -Months to hire -Favoritism -As staff/support service you are dirt and will be the first to suffer cuts
