Pros
The building is beautiful. There's free popcorn and slushies. I liked the food vendors and food trucks onsite for lunch. Wearing jeans to work is an awesome perk. I made a few really great, life-long friends. There are opportunities for growth. Raises were quite generous back then. I really enjoyed my job for the first few months.
Cons
If you are a salaried employee, there is no work/life balance. Compensation was generally sub-par for many employees (they do talk...). Nothing quite like being yelled at (yes, yelled, the kind of yelling where spit flies from your mouth) by members of the "Senior Leadership" team. There is no "leading" by most of that team. Middle management tries, but tend to get overruled. Speed of Trust is a joke, there is no trust when there's backstabbing at all levels. There was a ton of nepotism and favoritism from the C-Level "Leadership" team (some of their family members were offered jobs at higher pay than tenured employees, or got promoted, and kept getting promoted... blood is thicker than water).
