Pros
Good for learning sales or if you want to do sales. You only get paid on commission
Cons
You work 50-60 hours a week on straight commission. Saturday are mandatory but they wont tell you that until you already went through the paper work. They hire everyone they interview because there is no risk for them. You don't make sales they still get your free labor.
