Cons
I had one of the most difficult professional experiences of my life while working at this company. After serving as a project manager for nearly two years, the company underwent a reorganization. During this period, I was unexpectedly informed of a major change to my role. I learned, quite casually, during a handover meeting that I was being reassigned as a Customer Success Manager. The delivery manager announced—publicly, in front of the entire sales department—that someone else would be taking over a good amount of my responsibilities. This was the first deeply unsettling moment. Anyone on the team, but more precisely the delicery manager, had the decency of having a private conversation with me to inform me of such changes.
The situation worsened when, on a Friday afternoon, the company owner called me unexpectedly to inform me that my position was being eliminated, effective immediately. He stated that, as a "courtesy," he would pay me for the current month and settle an outstanding amount he owed. Following that call, he stopped responding to my emails entirely. It was only after I reached out to the company’s investor and explained the situation that he finally agreed to pay me what I was rightfully owed.
This experience left me feeling deeply disrespected, undervalued, and blindsided. The lack of transparency, professionalism, and basic human decency was profoundly disappointing. It’s difficult to describe the emotional toll of being treated as disposable after years of dedication and hard work. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone—whether as a potential employee, partner, or client.
