Pros
I have been with Aaron & Ramiz for over 5 years now and can honestly say they have the best sales staff and team members I have ever worked with. As leaders in the Final Expense Sales business they are always looking and finding better and more qualified leads for us to work with and have always delivered on their promises! They are cutting edge with all their computer skills and the lead programs that they bring to the table. This is a tough business, but they give you all the tools to be successful each and every day. I have sold life insurance for over 25 years now and these guys know what they are doing and deliver quality leads. They are always available to talk with, and the sales managers are knowledgeable and very hands on with their training and advice....if you don't succeed with North Star, you have only yourself to blame. It's a great way to make a solid living from your own home office!
Cons
There aren't enough hours in the day to talk to all the leads that are sent over. The only real con is the quality of doughnuts in the break room..ha,ha!
