Dysfunctional Executive Leadership team is always changing its mind about corporate direction leading to abrupt decisions that can stifle career path and lead to frustration and high turnover rate. Poor internal systems set up hastily by ELT are not well integrated and make project management overly complicated, incredibly expensive, and difficult to effectively implement. Poor legal representation due to one lead attorney and several paralegals for a suite of 17 different North Wind companies who don't have time to focus due to thousands of federal contracts and related issues in a constant state of flux.
