Pros
Great location. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Meals provided when OT required. Associates are offered time away from their desk (if workload allows) a couple times a year to pick up trash around the building. Community involvement, charities and volunteer work encouraged as long as its the organizations of their choice.
Cons
Approximately 4-5 months out of the year blacked out for vacations or time off. 10-15-20+ hours per week of overtime encouraged and expected. One big clique full of mean girls and boys that dabble in bullying made it feel like junior high. There may be some people that get the necessary training and management support (probably the ones that work 20+ OT a week) while others go months without speaking to their busy managers.
