-Honestly I’ve met some of the best people in my life working here. -CEO is friendly and personable. Quite a few members of senior management are.
Cons
Honestly this is dependent on which department you are in. -immediate management refuses to send staff on training. Their belief is for staff to train themselves out of their own pocket and if you do get training options, it’s at a time convenient for management. -teams are under staffed because management refuses to have industry competitive salaries and hiring additional bodies. -found that new hires were able to work remotely completely while long standing staff were forced back into the office. This also coincided with hearing remote staff might be paid better than long standing staff. -you can earn decent vacation, but management again will pressure you about taking it. Several times I had vacationed planned during my tenure, management would sign me up for vendor provided training during my time off.
