Pros
- A nice, relaxed company - Feel like you're making a difference to people - Great people to work with - HR are fab - Opportunities given to grow and develop - Some management up to a certain level were great, visible & approachable
Cons
- The business model and income stream is, and has been unstable for a number of years. Huge reliance on government funding. - Huge scaling up of business based on this unstable business model. - Not many attempts to diversify business. It's now clear the business is having extreme difficulties. - Director level management were not visible, and didn't see much of them despite it being a small business really. (Actually forgot the CEOs surname until I came on Glassdoor) - Minimal discipline, expectations of objectives of colleagues - on one hand this felt relaxed, on the other at times it felt like members of the team got away with minimal work
