Some of the staff were supportive.
Cons
Most high tenure employees were unkind and seemed miserable. Supervisor turnover was high. I was told I was let go due to an HR issue, and then a month later, HR contacted me and asked why I hadn't been working. No communication, and if there was, it was usually passive and inappropriate. Leadership constantly puts down employees.
