Pros
There are many new products, ideas, and production changes that go on each week. Seems like there is always something new or a change in the way that things are done to improve the customer experience.
The people are great to work with. Many of the staff are brewers and really take pride in the area they work in. The fact that we are busy and customers continue to come back to Northern Brewer time and time again shows that everyone takes pride in their work and the customer gets a great product.
After work we have our own craft beer taproom usually with 6-8 test brews and employees can have a free beer (or two :). The benefits are very good and we even get PTO to brew a couple times a year.
I don't agree completely with all of the poor reviews. The mood in the company isn't sour at all. Yea some people have a bad attitude and I hope they find something that's a better fit for them. I've done picking, packing, production, and more and it's cool to be able to change it up from time to time.
Cons
There is some turnover so it's hard sometimes to keep things moving forward. Wish there was less complaining, I mean let's just do our job and have a beer. Some of the leads are grumpy from time to time.
