There are nice perks like twice yearly profit sharing and monthly company store. Depending on your manager and position, they can be flexible with appointments and the like.
Cons
Extremely poor morale due to management tending to focus on fear based tactics, negative versus positive reinforcement and, for production, due to frequent down time from equipment breakdowns and being short handed in Maintenance for changeovers and set ups. Company does not reinvest in business so equipment and technology are out of date, not being used as intended, and in some cases actually falling apart.
