Pros

Owner and staff can friendly for the most part. The office has a great dog.

Cons

If you aren't 100 percent perfect according to Amazon (they have cameras that watch you and the road and hit you for everything) the owner will cut your hours to the point where you need part time work to make up for it.

Pros

The editors and artists that work here are incredibly talented and all-around great to work with. They're happy to help young talent hone their skills and are supportive in personal creative endeavors. The clients and projects that come in vary in complexity and scope, and you'll find yourself working on very visible, renown media. It's a great learning experience, but there's a cost. Pizza Friday and intermittent drinks/celebrations foster a nice working environment and the monthly staff meeting keeps everyone informed on the company's goings-on.

Cons

Too many Chiefs, not enough Indians. The company continues to add senior and director-level creatives without investing in lower tier or organizational staff to support the growing volume of projects. Management makes some reactionary staffing decisions and employees are spread too thin at the producer and assistant levels. As a result, there's a lack of leadership on the producer end and this disorganization causes frequent last minute fires that turn into very late nights and weekend work. The hours are long and thankless. The company does not compensate well and there are limited opportunities for advancement, but the company doesn't believe this to be the case. No feedback on employee performance unless they make a major mistake, in which case they get a warning. Rampant blame culture when something goes wrong.
