Off-the-books cash bonuses Instead of properly disposing scrapped appliances per manufacturer directive, leadership will keep and sell them to employees and/or select customers for deep discounts.
Cons
Leadership is very insecure, creating a toxic work environment and poor company culture. Slightly below average profit sharing/retirement plan. Sketchy financial scenarios such as family members with no active role in the company being on the payroll.
