The work is easy and low-stress, with a level headed, supportive, straightforward team at the Tillicum Mall location. There’s no drama or micromanagement from direct managers, which makes day-to-day shifts smooth and predictable. Staff discount.
Cons
Employee perks are minimal and insulting instead of commissions you get "diva dollars" that you can only spend in store. Opportunities for advancement are poor. Head office is dismissive and disrespectful toward sales floor staff. The pay is low, with little investment in employee development. The company relies on outdated software and systems and feels like it's about to go bankrupt any moment.
