      Very cliquey A lot of rumours and the whole railway gossips like nothing I've ever known. Management help you when they have to tick a box, they don't genuinely help you, they just want you back on the job

      Good basic pay with commission & overtime available. Final salary pension plus secondary pension scheme

      Allocated holidays (can be swapped amongst yourselves) Early starts, late finishes & weekend working

      Stressful assessments, disrespected by managers and passengers, horrible shift start and finish times, Saturday night drunks make it unbearable at times
