Terrible company to work for - Credit Northgate Employee Review

We have been listening to a number of colleague comments on how we reward our staff, and although the results of this will be announced in the next few weeks, we have already reset our bonus targets for the credit team to make them more achievable. I was saddened to hear you feel you have observed bullying behaviour. I can assure you that bullying has no place within Northgate and will not be tolerated. There are a number of channels for all employees to speak up confidentially about any negative experience, that would usually be through our HR Shared Services team based in Darlington. We would like to investigate further and if you would like to contact the team and ask for the HR Business Partner for Finance in confidence, we can try to help to resolve the situation.
