      Pros

      People are nice and its a very cozy place to work. Very few projects are super busy, so if you want time to do personal projects, this is a good spot. Very flexible working hours, and vacation schedule isnt bad.

      Cons

      Not a great place to learn new skills. Pay isnt the most competitive. Work is usually dull unless you go into R&D side of things.

      Pros

      Hybrid work environment (currently two days in office). Decent PTO that does carry over. Quarterly 1:1 with manager.

      Cons

      Lack of advancement opportunities unless you are willing to relocate, even than it's still difficult. no cross training or shadowing opportunities for those that want to advance career. Could be better at retaining the good, experienced staff before they leave to go elsewhere.
