      High pay, good benefits, great 9/80 schedule and flexibility, ability to move around.

      Cons

      Very stressful work and most people overworked. Too big of a company, backwards business processes that are difficult for no reason and lots of bureaucracy.

      Pros

      Hybrid work environment (currently two days in office). Decent PTO that does carry over. Quarterly 1:1 with manager.

      Cons

      Lack of advancement opportunities unless you are willing to relocate, even than it's still difficult. no cross training or shadowing opportunities for those that want to advance career. Could be better at retaining the good, experienced staff before they leave to go elsewhere.
