      Culture of Kindness and Teamwork. Excellent benefits, competitive pay and professional growth opportunities

      Cons

      Fast growing company and you may experience some growing pains with the increased growth regarding staffing, and room availability. The upper leadership has a clear plan to support this as well as expanding for all patient and staff needs. The popularity that Northside has being an excellent place to receive care is something to be proud of.

      Pros

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Cons

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
