The paid is good and very competitive. Benefits are ok if you use their doctors of course.

Cons

Very high turn over. Recently hired supervisor who typically misses 2 to 3 days per week eventually just didn't come back.

Student nurse extern

Pros

-some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

Cons

-low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
