Management - Scheduler/Secretary Northside Hospital Employee Review

The management has had a lot of turnover and it just gets worse. They either tell you what you want to hear to or just flat out ignore your concerns and do nothing about it. The management is unprofessional and very unfair. Employees are obviously picked on if your not liked and those that do a bad job and make a lot of mistakes don't get any reprimand. Our scheduling department is the worst I've ever seen. There is never any praise or compliments for those who do a good job, it's just expected and non stop discipline for petty things.
