      good insurance rates. willing to help you grow and move up in you position. many different way to change positions within the company.

      Cons

      the insurance has great coverage if you are treated at the hospital but it does not cover outpatient needs very well.

      Pros

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Cons

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
