Pros
The new office location is pretty convenient
Cons
I wouldn't say this company is a promise-keeper or a caring employer. I joined with an enthusiasm to contribute long-term and just lost my passion after seeing how this company is managed. The company compromises employee investment/development for higher profit and lower cost which I can understand but not agree with, as the insurance market is getting more and more competitive. The company culture is hard to see, the level of stewardship is lower-than-average to average as this is a family business (very centralized) and has no company-wide operating code. The pay is low enough considering your workload unless your are an agent. At the time I left, a few managers are taking double responsibilities because people are always leaving. There is a middle school dressing code, and you have wear their uniform strictly. Management cares more about your dressing than your productivity depends on what kind of role you have. And they set your lunch time for you, which means you can't take it earlier or later.
