      Pros

      Great destinations and the travel benefits.

      Cons

      The biggest con is being a third party employee. No 401K benefits, expensive medical insurance and no travel benefits on other airlines. The second biggest con is the pay. The max you will make is 40K a year.

      New Planes, Fun trips, cool coworkers.

      Cons

      Lousy pay, no interrline agreements, oh yeah and theyre no longer in the air so theres that.
