      really chilled company compared to other airlines. Good work/life balance. Good destinations. Good promotion opportunities

      Cons

      Flights not always guaranteed. some months are very busy and tiring, others extremely quiet which affects your pay. Not many travel benefits

      New Planes, Fun trips, cool coworkers.

      Lousy pay, no interrline agreements, oh yeah and theyre no longer in the air so theres that.
