Avoid at all cost - Assistant General Manager Noshi Employee Review

Working here was extremely disappointing. Employees who leave often struggle to receive the pay they're owed. Overtime is expected on a weekly basis but not paid, and there is no proper holiday pay. The so-called bonus scheme is practically nonexistent and never clearly delivered. The restaurant promotes itself as a fine-dining establishment, but the internal standards don’t match that image. Staff are even encouraged to give customers shots in exchange for positive reviews, which feels unprofessional and misleading. Overall, I cannot recommend this place as an employer.
