Pros
Great people and fun culture. Great place to learn and make mistakes but no possibilities to grow.
Cons
Not enough resources. When a person leaves, quite often, a new person is not hired for replacement. Everything is about saving costs. Junior people are given growth opportunities to step into a team lead positions. These people do not always have te competence to succeed in their role. Management values cost more than skills or experience. Salary, job title and responsibilities are not aligned. People get more responsibilities without proper salary or title change. A lot of discrepancies between people in similar roles.
