-gossiping between owner/manager and other employees -owner takes out anger on employees -hires anyone without background checks or official interviews -Schedules put out very late 1 day before week starts -discrimination against workers who are pregnant, elderly and special needs -will lay off without warning or reason -bad management -has family work there that is very unpleasant, rude, and unkind -favortism -unfit working conditions(during extremely hot day, will not provide proper ventilation or a.c) -will promise trainings to move up in the company but never see it through -does not have a good work ethic, will use you until they dont want you anymore and will not give you hours instead of just laying you off.
