      Pros

      My colleagues are wonderful people. My team is very collaborative and always helps each other. Everyone on the team works hard

      Cons

      -management and excecutive team show poor leadership. -employees not valued and treated well. -company does not like feedback from employees - management keeps trying to implement things that have already failed in the past -almost impossible to move up. Most people on my team have been working the same job for 10+ years -you will never get more than a 2% raise

      Pros

      predictable, set schedule. coworkers can be nice.

      Cons

      Do not get a job here. No chance of advancement, wages get worse every year while workload goes up, management clearly doesn't care about anything but revenue. It's a miserable place with bad leaders. Everyone on my level is looking for another job -- 60+ people.
