Pros

You’re working in top retail company in Europe. Great if you’re like cosmetics - sometimes you get to products that are not on the market yet. Employee discounts on eshop.

Cons

Horrible company culture, sick, unfriendly. People are heavily gossiping about each other. To the employer you’re just a number and you’re aware of the fact that you can be replaced pretty easily. Middle and high managers lack soft skills or even hard skills required for the job. The management is not transparent about the decisions that later impacts everybody’s work. The decisions are being made based on relationships between people. Very poor work of HR, they don’t really care about people, about what they think or ask for, or they are not able to change things.

Pros

Notino is an impressive e-commerce company with strong international reach and huge marketing scale. You get exposure to advanced marketing, large budgets, and highly skilled specialists. Many teams are full of smart, motivated people who genuinely care about results and collaboration. Great place to learn fast and work on impactful projects across multiple markets.

Cons

Frequent organizational changes and shifting priorities make long-term planning difficult. Some strategic decisions are made very quickly and communicated late, which creates unnecessary pressure and firefighting. The company grows fast, but processes and stability sometimes lag behind. Leadership alignment across departments can be inconsistent.
