Pay was a little low but other than that it was a great place to work.

There is an ongoing emphasis on making the school, the teachers, and the students the very best they can be. Always striving for excellence, incorporating the newest and best techniques to enhance the learning environment for students. Collegial work environment. Support for ongoing professional development. Clean, very conducive to learning.

Pay is less than a public school, but work environment more than makes up for this. Teachers are valued, and treated well.
