      Lot of opportunities to learn new technologies free of cost and improve our knowledge on the process. I will not say best but good employee satisfaction guaranteed. Job Security Flexible time Good salary based on the current market rate.

      Pros

      I have been working at NOTUS SOFT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD. All of which makes this is an amazing environment for someone who wants to create, learn, and innovate.

      Cons

      A big part of the company culture is centered on open and honest communication. Senior management works very hard to keep politics out of the culture, and we are taught to "talk _to_ people, not about them", to "listen with intense curiosity", to "tell others how they impact you".
