Pros
Some people complain about the pay but it’s honestly not that bad. It’s competitive when you compare it to the industry standard. Couple that with the benefits (401k matching being the best option) and there’s really nothing to complain about. Its been a rough year but we’re pulling through it together.
Cons
Communication between upper management and employees has always been poor ever since I started working here.
