Pros

Some employees get a 37.5 hour work week.

Cons

Health benefits are terrible. The shareholders take a majority of the profits. It is my opinion some of the 5 star reviews here are from the shareholders. Upper management will make changes in software, or otherwise and not tell anyone about the changes and leave it up to the employees to try to read minds to understand what happened. When problems arise from these changes the employee will be blamed. New processes will be implemented with no input from those employees who perform the process and there will no need for feedback about how the new process is working. In their (management) minds, it will be working great. That being said communication is terrible. Training? What training? Just figure it out and learn from your mistakes. But if you do make a mistake, watch out, because mistakes are not allowed and you will be made to feel awful about yourself for it. This is just another company that is driven by shareholder profits and sees the employees as slaves.

Pros

1. Despite being a mostly remote company, they’ve mastered the art of staying connected. You never feel like you're "on an island"—the culture is inclusive, and the community feel is stronger than many in-person offices I've worked in. 2. There are numerous growth opportunities for those who want them. Leadership is genuinely forward-thinking and invests in the team's future rather than just hitting immediate KPIs. 3. The onboarding and ongoing training are exceptional. They provide all the tools and knowledge you need to feel confident in your role from day one. 4. The benefits package is great and actually supports a healthy work-life balance. The remote-first approach is handled with trust and transparency, making it easy to stay productive without feeling micromanaged.

Cons

There is nothing I can think of.

Pros

They are very Flexible with your schedule

Cons

Never been at a company with such high turnover in a group. The training sucks. You just shadow someone working for weeks. Outdated processes. You are chained to your desk. Positions aren’t replaced when someone leaves- work is just absorbed and you have twice as much. Management doesn’t care about lessening workload - will sympathize but no change will occur. Also they watch you and everything you see on your computer. And you have to track your hours down to the minute.
