      1. The company is growing fast, so then the opportunities. They are endless, and it was one of the reasons why I joined them in the first place. 2. Leadership is highly professional; they always listen, support, and mentor you when you need it. 3. Ownership. You will be able to evolve in your role the way you want. 4. The company understands work-life balance and has great family values, which was very important for me. 5. The culture encourages you always to learn and grow.

      Cons

      No one is perfect. Especially when it comes to a fast-growing company. You need to embrace changes fast in order to keep up with the growth. It's important not to focus on what's wrong but on what is right and support that.

      a fast-growing company with vast experience in Architecture and Engineering, really awesome atmosphere inside the team, great communications infrastructure, high level of understanding, employee-friendly company
