parking lot fills up quickly so I arrive earlier for my shift

Absolutely none but I had to put at least 5 words in here.

Overworked, underpaid, horrible working conditions, cheap chairs, bad outdated equipment, not given the tools needed to do job. CEO/Owner is HR so good luck putting in a complaint. Management will not accept ideas or criticism. It is a power struggle between management and employees are basically slaves. They will deduct vacation when you're sick without asking. Parking lot is a hazard to drive and walk on. You are asked to lie to customers so they look good. I couldn't get away fast enough. Extremely high turnover because everyone leaves when they realize that this place is a sweatshop. Oh and they clean the floor with water from the toilet. When management sees that the truth is on here, they get their family members to come in and lie to get their rating higher. Couldn't even get HR to stay. Anyone looking for a career will not stay.
