Pros
they pay well for a call center, and there is 3 different shifts to pick from between their hours of 8am-10pm.
Cons
They are so strict they basically expect the impossible. If you work at 8am and hit traffic, arrive 5 min late its like a slap on the wrist. You have to clock in and out for your 15 min breaks and every second counts against you, literally. so your break is more spent anxious than as a break. The job entails helping a bunch of old people who know nothing about technology all over the country with things that are basically idiot proof. So patience is def needed. your expected to hit minimum of 100 calls a day but that odesnt matter how many times your stuck on the phone for long calls helping patients.
I left early bc of a snow storm so I could get home saftely (
i had an hour+ commute) and they lost their minds and "punished me" and had a talk with me.... are yall going to pay for my car to be fixed when i get in an accident? NOPE
If you want to be treated like a lab rat in a cubical, then this is your company to go to.
Good place to go if its temporary for you but certainly don't tell them that when you interview.
