If you do get progressed you’ll then get it taken off you without any notice. - the support of CEO, COO and other senior management depends on what they need from you. - you’d be lucky to get a liveable wage even in management. In years there’s been one pay raise that had to be fought for and it wasn’t even a suitable adjustment for the cost of living. - ever changing policies and processes. - micromanagement from operations managers. No trust for you to do your own work. Have to justify everything. You’re not a team manager you’re a lackey. - the training team are useless and won’t even follow their own rules. - constant rifts between departments. There’s no teamwork or communication. - no respect or understanding for any kind of health whether physical or mental. All about discipline and sticking to management. Sometimes people need a human not a process thrown at them.
