Challenging in a stress-free environment - Scientific Engineer Novadiscovery Employee Review

Team is great and company culture encourage a nice and welcoming human environment. The project is interesting and can be seen as ethical (helping new drug discovery), and most people are trained scientists and engineers with a collaborative and communicative mindset. Management tries to be transparent on most corporate aspects and make visible effort to conciliate business expectations and people needs to keep a warm human environment and sane workplace. Salary is a bit higher than other places. A nice place to work!

Work can be challenging and stressful with lots of expectations and deadlines. Nova is a growing company changing fast, such rapid growth may have a negative impact on culture. Though Nova tries to be very open and transparent on most aspects (roadmap, business expectation, challenges, etc.), salary discussion remain taboo as in most french companies.
