Pros

A 13 year old self funded company, still maintaining a startup culture with an attitude of doing something great every time. The CEO gets involved in detailing of every product that is shipped out to its customers maintaining high standards in and out. Always open to use cutting edge latest technologies and throwing some hard-core challenges at the developers. Best place to get overall exposure on how a company actually functions. Great transparency across multiple teams. Open culture with everyone being easily accessible. Evening snacks on the house. Beautiful office with iMACs for developers and lake view for some peace of mind

Cons

Not the best pay-masters though at par with realistic standards. Very freaky about office timings, even if people can work from home and be more productive. Very poor at Marketing or using online techniques for better branding. Very slow decision making process even for trivial things. No credit or appreciation for all the extra efforts you put to get things done.

Pros

- Decent products, which equals to fun exciting work - No ( and I mean it) hierarchy, so everyone is accessible - Young team with fun and lively culture to work in

Cons

- Biggest drawback: No career growth prospects - you end up doing the same stuff year on year and no hierarchy means no role growth - Poor pay compared to industry standards, maybe some cash bonus in the end but the fixed pay component is not at par - One man (the CEO) takes all the decisions, which means are not entirely independent to raise your opinion or change - Lack of processes, standardization and documentation, leading to a lot of rework, attrition and loss of time

Dear Ex-employee, We appreciate your honest feedback . All employees at Novanet are subjected to fast turnarounds as our products are exquisite & the first of their kind whilst, others are astounding innovations. We're adept in building our products on the latest tech stack & we embrace technology upgradations which is why we constantly focus on relentless performance. Brainstorming, creativity & sharing of ideas are always welcomed. The decisions taken by the TL's or the CEO himself is definitely for the betterment of the company ultimately fuelling towards great user experience. We aim to provide a learning curve & that's what matters the most. We're working towards having a structured process in place, persevering more towards the benefits we can offer our people. Nevertheless, we're glad that you've been a part of our team & wish you the best for the future.
