Pros

nice pto package and day cares. Was a nice place to work until recently.

Cons

Too much change and not enough prep to deal with it. Decisions made without involving employees that are doing the work. New leadership wants to bring in their own people. Letting go employees that have worked for the company a long time and are valuable. Acting like they are cutting leadership positions where it counts but need to go up a level. Don't feel cared about or valued anymore. Looking to get out ASAP. Vision and values look good on paper but all they care about is finances.

Pros

Care associates are allowed to do what CNAs do, but they do not have to have the certification. Entry level pay is the same and there are equal raises between roles each year. Part time status an average of 24 hr/week, you can work more than that and you receive full benefits, two forms of bonus every year, immediate PTO (80hrs/year). 12 or 8 hour shifts available, make your own schedule

Cons

sometimes short staffed unit, so work becomes fast-paced - if you like being active and constantly moving, this job is fun.
