      Pros

      Close to my home so I didn't have much traffic on commute.

      Cons

      Doctors run the show. If you don't cater to their every need, they will run you out. Favoritism runs throughout all of the support department. Office politics is so out of control that it makes Washington look like a church meeting.

      Pros

      Of all the companies I have worked for Novant has been the best experience. I moved back into leadership after years of having stepped back from leadership due to burnout and frustration. Novant invests more than any company I have seen in both frontline and leader development, with cohesive messaging about priorities. I truly enjoy the teams I work with.

      Cons

      IT was moved to overseas a few years back. They back-pedaled on this and moved some aspects back to domestic coverage, but overall, I can't see where this improves operational efficiency despite surface level savings.
